Listening to Valley Park Radio
We are live 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on Patientline.
Valley Park Radio is available on Channel 1 on the Radio Channels List on all Patientline Units within Darent Valley Hospital. All for Free **
To Listen to us, simply press the radio button on your handset and plug in your Headphones and away you go! We are on Channel 1, which is selected by default, every time you enter the radio function.
**Patientline units must be registered before the radio function becomes active. For More Information Click Here to Visit Patientline’s Website.
We are also available on Channel 12 on the ‘old’ Conventional Headset System.
This is the ‘Old’ Piped system, which requires special tubular headsets to enable patients to Listen to Radio Station in the Hospital. In the years before Patientline, this was the only service available to most hospital Patients. This system is ideal for those whom do not wish to use the patientline system and is a favourite amongst many Elderly Patients.
Recent Issues with this system appear to have been resolved and VPR is now Back Broadcasting on this system.
